We are pleased to announce the launch of the Wilanów Basketball League (WBL), designed to develop the sporting passion of primary schools students in Wilanów and its surroundings. Thanks to the commitment of PE teachers and the creativity of its originator, Tomasz Wojnowski – a basketball coach and teacher, the League is intended to give students the opportunity to compete and cooperate in the field of the basketball.
The games are aimed at all primary schools, both public and private. The aim of the League is to give students the opportunity to perform in sports competitions and to develop their skills in basketball. All this takes place under the sponsorship of the Mayor of the Wilanów District, which is an additional honour for this initiative.
We are convinced that the Wilanów Basketball League will be a great opportunity for many students to spend their time actively and healthily, develop their sports skills and make new friends.
